As spring approaches we have many projects to work on outside; Painting sheds, scraping paint from the building, tilling the garden, pulling weeds from the flower beds, moving bricks to the fence area, tree trimming, picking up sticks, mowing & trimming.  I find most of these tasks team building opportunities, we would be HAPPY to work with individuals as well.  We have tools/equipment, work gloves, bug spray & bottled water.

DEMO ( Developing Exploring Maintaining Originality - through the ARTS0 inc is a 501c3, non-profit.  Part of our mission is to embrace at-risk teens.  To provide them a Welcoming, Accepting safe place to be a part of. We have art workshops & volunteer opportunities available.  A second goal is to provide authentic arts experiences for all that are interested.

DEMO inc is passionate about student success.  Artist/ instructors, work to ensure that classes are comfortable & inviting for all. All students can expect to be welcomed & oriented to the space when they arrive for class. 

DEMO inc is housed in the Historic Svea School Building, built in 1907. It was noted to be “State of The Art” structure. The basement & 1st floor have been renovated, leaving the layout essentially the same. We have replaced all electrical, plumbing, heating & have added air conditioning.  We are diving into the 3rd floor having completed a bathroom & storeroom. All windows, sheetrock & insulation have been replaced. We have yet to start on the large attic, where the floor has new support beams added to the 3rd floor ceiling. The plan for the attic is an “Artist in Residence” loft.  A DREAM is to create a “
Bell Tower” which will be an elevator that accesses all 4 levels.  Until then we want to add accessibility to the building adding ramping & platforms.
