Captain
You need to be able to dock and load a 28 foot pontoon and how to drive it. Bait hooks and take off fish. Know the rules of the lake.
Co-Captain
You will assist the captain while docking and loading the pontoon. Experience loading and unloading is a plus. Baiting a hook and taking off fish. Escorting clients to and from the pontoon.
Maintenance and Repair
Understanding mechanics of a boat/pontoon. Ability to help with minor repairs. Have flexibility to bring to dealership if necessary for repairs.
